How to use your COLT Anal Douche for intimate cleaning:

2. Remove the rinsing tube and fill the douche with tepid water. 

3. Apply some lubricant on the end of the rinsing tube and carefully insert in your anus. We recommend you do it over the toilet or bathtub/shower. 

4. Once you have inserted it, push slightly on the squeeze bulb until you can feel the water go in. It is up to you how much water you want in and at what pressure.

5. When you are ready, remove the douche and tighten your anal muscles so that you hold the water in. Hold the water in for as long as you can until you feel the natural urge to expel the water.

6. Repeat the process until the water that comes out is clean.

After use, we recommend that you always clean your COLT Anal Douche with very hot water and an anti-bacterial sex toy cleaner.
