    Be aware that you need to be an average-sized man to make good use of it. I’m well below average in length but above average in girth. It fits snugly around my penis, but even with the filler block inside, it’s too unstable and flexible and just hangs down. The best I could do was not use the filler, cut off most of the length, and use only the sleeve’s head as the extension, which isn’t ideal for me or my wife. If you’re a man with a shorter length, it’s almost impossible to find a sleeve that fits your penis. I’ve been very disappointed and depressed about not being able to use sleeves because of my length. I have four, and I can’t use any of them for one reason or another. A very disappointed customer.
