    The set consists of two stretching rings of different depths, so you can gradually train yourself. So far, I have only used the shorter one, and I have to say that it is intended for more advanced users. You need to be completely shaved, as with most other toys, and you need to use lubricant. I find it can be difficult to get things inside because it is very tight and not quite stretchy enough, but once it is in place, the experience is absolutely incredible. After only a few uses, I can already feel a difference down there, and for anyone looking for a little excitement and who can tolerate some pain, I would recommend these.
