    The Kiotos Steel Ball Stretcher is generally well made. The outer surface, in particular, is nicely rounded, which makes it comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, the inner edge of the ring is not as well rounded. There are two 45-degree edges there, which can become uncomfortable when the ring presses against the scrotum, especially if you’re not yet very advanced with stretching. I hope this improves over time. I’m considering rounding off these edges slightly with a fine file. It’s also worth mentioning that the inner diameter is uniformly 35 mm. That just barely works for me, though I would find a slightly larger inner diameter more comfortable. Overall, however, I’m satisfied.
