Most of the rotations are very intense, so if you're not used to it, you might be deterred. Here, I recommend trying the most intense one and riding out the orgasm (don’t turn it off). If you do this, you'll have a wild experience that might open up new ways to achieve satisfaction. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and it gets plenty of use!
