    I’ve been using the product for about two weeks, and it works great! It’s easy to insert, and the app provides good instructions. The app shows, for example, how well you’re squeezing, which helps me a lot. Some exercises are a bit tricky when you need to tighten gradually, and the game display moves quickly, but practice makes perfect! I’ve noticed that I don’t need to squeeze as hard when, for example, sneezing or coughing, but the big tests will be running and jumping on a trampoline later on.
