A rather hard rubber ring that you go through to get inside, and especially when coming out, the hose could be longer.

A pretty decent basic pump. The cylinder is made of high-quality, thick material. The wide diameter allows a curved penis to fit better without the glans hitting the walls too much. The sealing rubber keeps the vacuum well, but the opening is a bit tight, especially when doing interval exercises. The pump itself is a bit weak, so I replaced it with one made by LA Pump.

Very good quality. It seals tightly, and it’s great that you can disconnect the pump while still keeping the pressure.

Don't consider buying any other penis pump; nothing surpasses this one. I've been using pumps for 5 years, and most products out there are junk. This pump is truly well-made, maintaining vacuum pressure with no issues. It includes a comfort pad protector that is surprisingly uncomfortable to use. The results are absolutely astounding. But buy, buy!

For a large penis, a bit of cushioning is needed as it can be painful on the pubic bone.

The pump works fine, but I find that it can suck up the vas deferens, which is quite uncomfortable. I've solved this by wrapping a thin silicone band around the base of the penis. Sometimes it's difficult to get the seal completely tight, and it helps to keep hair growth in check and use a bit of moisturizer. Additionally, a longer hose would make life significantly easier, as it's impractically short. Some different rubber "rings" would also significantly elevate the product, allowing better customization to one's needs. With all that said, it works well when everything is set up correctly.

This was a good product. Good cylinder, good scissor grip. Good hose attachment, and it's nice that it can be removed from the cylinder while in use. Minus for being tricky to put on the silicone sleeve. And a point deduction for the short hose; it should have been 15-20 cm longer. It would also have been nice to have replaceable parts in case they break. Hose; replace with a new one, possibly a bit longer. Scissor grip in case it breaks. Here the cylinder seems strong and robust.
