We collect the following information when you apply for access: company name, VAT number, contact person's name and email address, and any other information you provide in the form.
This information is used to process your access request and manage the customer relationship. The legal basis is performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in verifying applicants (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We retain your information for as long as the customer relationship is active. Rejected applications are deleted after 12 months.

Your information is not shared with third parties except our data processors (hosting, internal systems), all of whom are bound by data processing agreements.
