When can I expect to receive my package?
We always aim to ship your package on the same day you place your order - to get your specific delivery time, check your local distributor at the checkout. As soon as we have shipped your parcel, you will receive an email with a track and trace link so you can follow your parcel all the way to you. (The tracking link can take a couple of days to be active. Don’t worry, the parcel is well on its way. Don’t be afraid to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment)
We always have 97% of our products in stock. If you have ordered a product that is currently out of stock, please expect a longer delivery time. We will send you an email confirmation once your package leaves our warehouse. Should our supplier be out of stock of a certain product, we will let you know.
If you have placed an order consisting of both products in stock and out of stock, we will not send your package until your order can be completed. It will always be clearly stated in your shopping basket if an item is out of stock.
Keep in mind, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase and get your money back in case of late delivery.
According to EU regulation, delivery must take place no later than 30 days after placing an order, unless otherwise agreed. This applies to both orders made in physical and online stores.
If you wish to cancel a purchase due to late delivery, you have the right to have the purchase amount returned within 14 days.
