How to Clone Your Willy - Clone-A-Willy Instructions

Precision and coordination are key to nailing every step, so the best advice? Team up with your partner or someone you trust—it’s way easier (and a lot more fun) with an extra pair of hands.

Before you dive in, make sure you're fully prepared by reading the entire instruction manual. A little planning goes a long way toward getting that flawless result.

Follow our detailed Clone-A-Willy guide to make the process smooth and stress-free. Let's start with preparation.

While the Clone-A-Willy kit includes most of what you’ll need, there are a few extras you’ll want to gather beforehand:

    • A bowl for mixing the moulding material
    • A stirring spoon or spatula
    • Scissors
    • A marker
    • A piece of cardboard
    • A bowl for the silicone (an old plastic container works great—silicone is tough to clean off!)
    • Measuring cup or kitchen scale
    • Paper towels or a damp cloth
    • Stopwatch
    • A clone-ready penis 😉

Once your tools are lined up, you’re all set to bring your masterpiece to life!

For this, your penis needs to be fully erected—so let your wildest fantasies take over or get a little help from your partner to set the mood.

Once you’re standing at full attention, you’re ready for the next step.

    1. Place the tube next to your penis with the opening facing away from you. Mark the tube about 1 cm above where your penis reaches.

    2. Cut the tube at the mark so it’s perfectly sized for your length.

    3. Now it’s time to mix the moulding material—this part moves fast, so teamwork is key!

Hold the thermometer under the tap and let the water reach exactly 32°C. Precision is crucial here.

    4. Pour 410 ml of water into your mixing bowl.

    5. Combine the powder and water in a bowl, stirring for exactly 45 seconds. Use a stopwatch or your phone to time it. Don’t worry if the mixture has a few lumps—it’s all part of the process.

    6. Quickly pour the mixture into the moulding tube, then gently insert your erect penis into the tube. If needed, lean slightly forward so your penis points downward, preventing the mixture from spilling out.

    7. Keep your penis in the tube for two minutes. Thinking about something sexy can help maintain your erection during this time.

    8. Once the moulding material has set, gently wiggle your penis free from the tube.

    9. Let the mould sit for 4–8 hours to ensure the best results. The wait will be worth it!

    10. Once the waiting time is up, pour out any excess water from the tube. (A little condensation might have built up—don’t worry, that’s normal.)

    11. Combine the two tubs of silicone in a bowl or plastic container. Use the wooden stir stick to scrape out every last bit and mix thoroughly until the colour is uniform.

    12. Slowly pour the mixed silicone into the mould, taking care to minimise air bubbles for a smooth finish.

    13. Mark a cross on the square piece of cardboard and cut or carve it out.

    14. Push the vibrator through the cardboard so only the base sticks out.

    15. Insert the vibrator into the centre of the silicone, letting the cardboard rest on the edge of the tube to keep it steady.

    16. After 24 hours of curing, gently wiggle your masterpiece out of the moulding tube. And voilà—you’ve created your very own Clone-A-Willy!

For the best experience, pair your new clone with a water-based lubricant and enjoy the results.

Tips and Tricks for the Perfect Penis Mould

We wouldn’t let you dive into the Clone-A-Willy adventure without sharing our best tips and tricks!

These handy hacks will make the process smoother and help you nail that flawless replica.

Give Your Erection a Helping Hand

Even if staying hard isn’t usually an issue, let’s be real—this cloning process isn’t exactly the sexiest scenario. So to keep the star of the show standing tall and proud, a little extra support can go a long way.

A great way to ensure a steady and reliable erection is by using a penis pump beforehand, ideally paired with a cock ring.

Don’t have a pump? No problem—you can also use just the ring to keep things firm and ready for action.

    Trim or Protect

If you’re sporting a glorious mane, it’s worth giving it a little attention before diving into the cloning process.

Trimming with a trimmer can save you from stray hairs getting caught in the moulding or silicone mix, which could lead to some uncomfortable tugging.

Not into trimming? No worries. A layer of Vaseline over your pubic hair can also do the trick, keeping everything smooth and snag-free.

    Tape It Up

If the edge of the moulding tube feels a bit sharp after trimming it to size, don’t worry—you can fix that in a snap!

Simply add a strip of painter’s tape or similar around the edge to create a softer, more comfortable surface against your skin. Problem solved!

    Extra Powder

It’s always wise to have a little extra moulding powder on hand—just in case.

If the moulding mix sets too quickly before pouring it into the tube, you’ll need to start with a fresh batch. Having a backup ensures you’re ready to go without missing a beat.

    Ekstra Silicone

If your erect penis measures more than 22.8 cm or you plan to make a clone without the vibrator, you’ll need an extra batch of silicone to get the job done. Make sure you’ve got enough to capture every glorious detail.

    Curved Penis? No Problem!

If your penis curves to one side, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Simply trim the moulding tube to size and cut it at an angle where the curve is most noticeable.

Rotate the two sections to match your curve, then use the ultimate DIY tool—duct tape—to secure them together.

This gives you a custom-angled moulding tube, so you can continue the process as described in our guide or the instructions. For more tips, check out the Clone A Willy’s website.

    Be Ready for a Mess

Let’s be honest—both the moulding mix and silicone can get a little messy, with the potential for spills and sticky situations.

So, think twice before working over a fancy rug or while wearing your favourite boxers. A bathroom or kitchen might be a safer bet for this creative adventure.

Keep some paper towels, a damp cloth, and maybe an old towel nearby to make clean-up quick and easy. Better safe than scrubbing later.

    Have Fun!

We hope you’re not feeling overwhelmed by all the different Clone-A-Willy options or the steps to get the perfect result.

It’s honestly not as intense as it might sound. In fact, it’s a funny, memorable, and slightly cheeky experience—and the final product is just as delightful.

Enjoy creating your new favourite friend!
